This job was sub contracted to us by a national firm based in Telford.  
It was good to be able to impress a colleague in the clearance sector.
This was a probate valuation commisioned by the
estate agents on behalf of a York firm of Solicitors.
They were impressed by the fact the valuation was in
the same format as that used by Revenue and Customs.
We cleared a
2 bedroomed
flat for this
lady as part of
a deceased
estate.  We
never met her
and all the
arrangements
were
conducted by
phone or
email.
We only cleared a few items for this lady but reacted very quickly.
